Please report routine repairs to the Holliday Real Estate, LLC Office at 814-695-1587 and speak with an associate. Our answering machine is checked regularly after hours for messages. We will dispatch our maintenance personnel as quickly as possible. You may also request a repair by email sent to HollidayRE@aol.com. If you need to report an emergency after hours, such as heat loss in the winter, or a ruptured water pipe, please call 814-207-9569. Please report gas leaks, smoke, fire, or crime to the proper authorities immediately, and before calling the office. Tenants may come to the office during business hours because of an apartment lock-out to obtain an additional key. Tenants reporting an apartment lock-out and needing access to their apartment after hours will be responsible for locksmith charges.
